Germs can get into the body through the eyes, nose and mouth and make you sick.
Germs from unwashed hands can get into foods and drinks while people make or eat them.


How to wash your hands
1. Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold) and put soap.
2. Start rubbing your hands together with the soap.
3. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.
4.Rinse your hands well under the water.
5. Dry your hands using a clean towel or an air dryer.
