A map is a special drawing. This drawing is usually of an area seen from above.

Maps help us find our way around. They give us all kinds of information about where we all live! It also shows the weather where we live in not all same

There are many different habitat in the United kingdom.Each has it's own kind of land and weather. Each has it's own plants and animals.

Map of the world show that earth has continents. There are seven continents in the world They are Asia Africa north and South America Europe Australia and Antarctica you can find many habitats on each of them there are also habitats in the open waters around the continents.
