Winter was long, cold, and snowy in the big city.
Jorel And Jayden were lucky . .
The suitcases were ready
The tickets were ready

They dashed off to the airport.
"Puerto Rico", here we come!” the boys said.
They were both excited.
They have never been on an airplane before.

The boys put the suitcases on a cart at the airport.
“This will make them easier to carry, Jayden said.

Jorel and his brother Jayden went to bed early.
Everything was set . . except the alarm clock!

“Jorel! We overslept!” … Jayden cried.
Jayden and Jorel got dressed fast.

They rushed to check in. Jorel climbed on top of the cart to
see over the ticket counter.

“Here is a gift for you and your brother,” the ticket clerk said.

The ticket clerk gave Jayden and Jorel a toy plane.
Their first airplane!

They both liked the airport already. They flew their plane in the air.
It landed on a red suitcase. “Bad news,” Jayden said.

“Our plane is late because of a big storm. We have to sit and wait.”

The boys did not mind waiting. They both had a brand-new toy.

But when Jorel looked, the toy was GONE! The suitcase was gone!

Then Jorel heard a beeping sound. A motor cart drove by.
The red suitcase sat on top. Jorel ran after it.

The suitcase went faster. Jorel got on the moving sidewalk.
But he was going the wrong way!

Jorel heard a new noise. Bags were moving on a long belt.
Jorel spotted the red suitcase. It was getting away.

Jorel followed it. He looked inside the suitcase.
No toy plane here. Where should he look next?

Finally, the plane was ready. But where was Jorel?
“I cannot board the plane,” Jayden said.
“I lost my brother, said Jayden!”

“You mean Jorel?” the flight attendant asked.
She pointed at the plane.
Jorel waved. He was on board already.
