AFC Wild card Playoff Game

The Jacksonville Jaguars had made it to the playoffs in a cinderella ending of a season. However they were expected to lose the first round of the playoffs against the LA Chargers. By halftime, it was starting to look like the expectations were right.

Jaguar fans felt hopeless and disappointed in their team, many of them even left the game at halftime, not willing to watch their team lose any longer. Everyone in that stadium thought this was the last game of the season.

After an uneventful first 9 minutes of the third quarter, the score was 7 to 27. The chargers were still beating the Jaguars by a lot, and if the jaguars were able to catch up, it would be the largest comeback in the history of the NFL playoffs

Fans and players were both still frustrated and hopeless.

Suddenly, with 5 minutes left in the third quarter, the Jaguars are driving and complete a touchdown pass from Trevor Lawrence to Marvin Jones. They still had a long way to go, but things were starting to look a little more positive, especially with their defense starting to play better as well.

The fans that stayed up until this point were glad they did, and really starting to feel like their team can do this. They started to gain hope that their underdogs would pull through.

With 45 seconds left in the third quarter, the Jaguars score another touchdown with a pass from Trevor Lawrence to Evan Engram. They went for a 2 point conversion to make it a one score game but failed. They went into the fourth quarter down ten points.
