There is a friendship with four children. Lilac, Hazel, Gray, and Ash. They have been friends since childhood. They like to play hide and seek, jump rope, or just enjoying their lunch. They are always together and good friends with each other until something unpleasant happens. The story is begins...

On the first day of school, Lilac and Hazel arrived at school together. Today was their first day of school after the holiday season. Then, Lilac greeted Hazel, “Hi, Hazel! How are you?” She asked cheerfully. “Hi, Lilac. I'm very well, thank you. How are you?” Hazel answered her. “I'm very happy! I can't wait to meet my friends.” Lilac said. After that, they went to class and met up with their other friends.

When they arrived at the class, they found Gray, Ash, and other friends already there. Hazel and Lilac walked in and greeted them. “Morning, everyone!” greeted Hazel happily. “Morning, long time no see!” replied Gray excitedly. Lilac asked “How are you, my friends?”. “I'm great today, because I see you again” Ash replied excitedly. They all exchanged news and felt happy to see each other again. Until the entrance bell rang signaling that class time had begun.

During the break, they ate lunch together and talked about their vacation. Then Lilac showed us a present from her parents, a beautiful new hair ribbon. It was bright pink with tiny diamonds. All her friends who saw it took turns complimenting her. However, it was different for Hazel. There was a feeling of envy in her heart. She also wanted to have that hair ribbon. Hazel was unhappy and kept thinking of how she could have it too.
