Once upon a time there was a princess named Diana.

 One evening  when she was away from her castle for a party she received an urgent message by the messenger of the king her father. 

“Princess, you have to return at the castle immediately: a ferocious dragon has appeared. It breathes fire and threatens the entire kingdom!” Diana rided her horse as soon as possible and arrived at the castle. In front of her, an enormous creature was breathing very high flames. “Stop, dragon! Why are you attacking my castle?” The dragon said “I don’t want to hurt anyone. I’m just very hungry and I don’t know where to go”.

Then Diana replied: “If it’s just food that you’re looking for, why didn’t you ask before?” The dragon then confessed that no one had ever wanted to listen to him “Everyone is afraid of me”, he added. “ Why don’t you become the protector of our kingdom? We offer you food and  home, so you will help and defend us from dangers”. The dragon opened his eyes wide: “Do you mean I can stay?” “Yes, but without burning anything! I love my pink castle and all the neighboring kingdoms envy it!” The dragon smiled, showing his big teeth: “Don’t worry, princess, I’ll be careful!”

LAS CARTAS SECRETAS

Un día en el pueblo...

 Señor Zorro: Hola, cartero. Quiero que hoy lleves las cartas a la otra cueva de mi castillo.

Cartero (murciélago): Hola, señor Zorro. Bueno, cuente conmigo. Esta tarde estará en la cueva.

Señor Zorro: Ten cuidado, todos mis secretos están ahí y no quiero que nadie los lea.

Cartero: Está bien, no te preocupes, tendré cuidado con ellos. (Se va.)

Narrador: El cartero voló camino a la cueva del señor Zorro, pero se distrajo por un momento y se estrelló contra un árbol.

Cartero: ¡Oh, me lastimé, me duele tanto!

Narrador: El cartero dejó caer las cartas al estrellarse y algunos niños que estaban allí las reconocieron y se las dieron a sus padres.

Niños: Mira, mamá, encontramos estas letras en el suelo.

Madre: Anda, hijo, dámelas. (Recoge las cartas y las lee.)

Narrador: La madre tomó las cartas y se las mostró a todos. Todos conocían los secretos del Sr. Zorro. El Sr. Zorro se enteró y se enojó mucho con el cartero.

Señor Zorro: ¡Oye, cartero, ven aquí!

Cartero: Hola señor zorro, ¿qué desea?

Sr. Zorro: ¿Qué has hecho con mis cartas? Todos han descubierto mis secretos.

Cartero: Señor Zorro, el problema es que iba volando hacia su cueva, pero me estrellé contra un árbol. Unos niños robaron sus cartas y se las enseñaron a todos.

Sr. Zorro: Me da igual. Debes tener más cuidado. Estoy muy enojado contigo. ¡Vete! (Se va.)

Narrador: El cartero compró un pastel para reconciliarse con el señor Zorro.

Cartero: Estoy seguro de que esto le hará perdonarme porque le encantan los pasteles.

Narrador: El cartero toca el timbre del castillo del Sr. Fox, y él abre la puerta enojado.

Cartero: Hola, Sr. Zorro. Le traje este pastel porque quiero reconciliarme con usted. ¿Podrías disculparme, por favor?

Señor Zorro: Ahora todos saben mis secretos, pero como no fue tu culpa, te voy a perdonar.

Cartero: Muchas gracias, vamos, comamos el pastel.

Señor Zorro: Si nos vamos, pasaremos, tengo mucha hambre.

Narrador: Aunque todos conocieron los secretos del Sr. Zorro, perdonaron al cartero. Comieron un delicioso pastel, y el Sr. Zorro nunca volvió a escribir sus secretos en cartas.
