The story of the Great Pyramid of Giza!
by the Fifth grade of 54th Primary school of Patras ,Greece ,Tsimpouki Maria Loukia

As Emma and her black cat, Luna, wandered through the towering sand dunes of Egypt, the ancient pyramids loomed in the distance like silent guardians of history. The sun blazed high above, casting long shadows of the great monuments onto the desert floor. Emma's eyes were wide with wonder as she gazed up at the massive stone structures.
"Wow, Luna! Look at how huge they are! How old do you think they are?" Emma asked, her voice full of awe.
Luna, ever the wise and mysterious companion, flicked his tail and padded up beside her. Though he was a cat, in the quiet of the desert, his voice seemed to echo in Emma's mind as if he were speaking directly to her.
"They are ancient, Emma. Built thousands of years ago by the Pharaohs of Egypt. The pyramids were tombs for the most powerful rulers of ancient times.''

Pharaohs who were thought to be gods themselves," Luna said, his tone filled with a sense of reverence.Emma squinted at the massive stone structures. "So... the Pharaohs were like kings, right? But more powerful, like gods?"Exactly," Luna purred. "The Pharaohs were not just rulers. They were believed to be the living gods on Earth and the pyramids were built to honor them in the afterlife."Emma nodded: "But how did they build something so huge? Wasn't it really hard?""It was a great feat of engineering, Emma," Luna replied. "The workers—many of whom were not slaves, but skilled laborers—used ramps, pulleys, and levers to move the massive stones. The pyramids were not just tombs—they were gateways to the afterlife."But... didn't it take so long to build them?" Emma asked, curious. "Did the Pharaohs wait that long to die?"
Luna chuckled softly. "Ah, no. The construction of the pyramids often began during the Pharaoh's reign, but they were completed after they passed. The pyramid was meant to protect their body and possessions for eternit

The hanging gardens of Babylon,
by Class I A, teacher Pantel Corina Diana, Emil Isac School, Cluj-Napoca, Romania

One fine morning, Emma woke up with a great curiosity: "What did the Hanging Gardens of Semiramis look like?" Just then, her magical cat, Luna, jumped onto the windowsill and said to her:
“Do you want to know? Come with me!”
In the blink of an eye, Emma found herself in an amazing place: a gigantic garden suspended above a large city. Colorful flowers and trees with roots resting on stone platforms floated in the air.
"This is where Queen Semiramis brought nature to Babylon!" Luna explained.
In the middle of the garden, Semiramis appeared, a beautiful queen with shining eyes. “You're welcome, Emma! Do you want to know how we built these gardens?”
"How?" Emma asked, stunned.
"With the help of the people of Babylon, we raised these platforms and created a place where nature lives in harmony with the city," replied Semiramis.
"It's magical!" Emma said, looking at the trees and flowers growing high in the air.
"Here, nature and people are united," added Luna. "Gardens are a symbol of teamwork."
"It's so beautiful!" Emma said, feeling her heart fill with joy.
But soon, Luna gently touched Emma and the little girl woke up back in her room with a smile on her face. "The Hanging Gardens are now in my heart," thought Emma.

Emma couldn't stop thinking about the Hanging Gardens. Every detail of the magical place was in her mind: the bright flowers, the tall trees, and the gentle smile of Queen Semiramis. "I must know more," she whispered to herself. That evening, as Emma sat at her desk, Luna jumped into her lap. The enchanted cat purred softly and said, "The gardens are full of secrets, Emma. Do you want to come back?"
Emma's eyes lit up. "Yes! Can we really meet again?"
Luna snapped her head and hit the small globe on Emma's desk with her side. Suddenly, warmth filled the room and they were in Babylon again. This time, the gardens were glowing in the moonlight. Small lanterns hung from the trees and the sound of running water from the fountains echoed softly.
"Emma, come with me!" Luna said, leading her down a stone path. They stopped next to a group of workers stacking large blocks of stone. A young boy about Emma's age was helping them.
"This is Kiro," Luna said. "He helped build the gardens." "Hello, Emma!" Kiro said with a broad smile.
"Want to see how the water looks in the gardens?
That's the favorite part!" Kiro showed her a clever system of pulleys and buckets. The water was drawn from the Euphrates River and
was pumped up to the highest levels of the gardens.

“This is how we keep everything alive,”
Kiro explained proudly.“It’s amazing!” Emma said, watching the workers carefully move the water.
Suddenly, a loud noise came from the other side of the garden. The ground shook slightly. “What was that?” Emma asked, her heart racing.“Let’s find out,” said Luna, leaping ahead.
Emma and Kiro quickly followed, wondering what adventure awaited them next.

Rhodes statue

Full of curiosity they jumped ..WOW ...Emma and her magical cat Luna were on a boat!!
As Emma stood on the deck of the boat, the colossal statue of Rhodes loomed before her, a sentinel of history carved against the azure sky. Its weathered bronze shimmered in the sunlight, the sheer scale of the figure taking her breath away.
-Oh my God!!It's giant ,Emma said..
She imagined the centuries it had witnessed, the countless lives that had sailed past, just as she was now. The wind tugged at her hair as she leaned over the railing, the gentle lapping of the waves harmonizing with her thoughts. This was more than a monument; it was a bridge to an ancient world, a reminder of humanity's bold aspirations. For a fleeting moment, Emma felt a connection—not just to the past, but to the enduring spirit of wonder that had built such marvels. She listened a voice..

Emma and Luna, the cat, looked up and saw the Statue of Rhodes talking to them. It was amazing! They couldn't believe their eyes...
It looked enormous!
Emma exclaimed: "I thought it was a legend".
The Colossus od Rhodes was a statue of the Greek sun god Helios. It was erected by Chares of Lindos in 280BC and it was 33 metres high.

Suddenly, the ground trembled, and a deep, echoing voice filled the air. To their astonishment, the statue opened its eyes and said:
"Who dares to disturb my rest?" —it asked, its voice powerful and ancient.
Emma and Luna froze. The statue was alive!
"W-we didn’t mean to disturb you…" —said Emma with a scared voice.—"We were just sailing and saw your shadow…"
The statue bent its head slightly and observed them with curiosity.
"For centuries, no one has come here without the intention of stealing my power," —the statue said—. "Why have you come?"

Emma and her cat looked at each other, unsure of what to say. Finally, Emma spoke:
"We’re just travellers, explorers. We love discovering the unknown."
For a moment, the statue seemed to smile.
"Then, I will give you a gift. The true adventure is not in what you find, but in what you seek. Keep sailing, and you will discover your own destiny."
But something told her a great adventure was waiting for them. Emma and Luna smiled at each other.
They were about to discover other wonders...

Temple of Artemis in Ephesus

Özden Arar- Şehit Savcı Mehmet Selim Kiraz Primary School 4-B
Emma and her cute cat Luna were two adventurers with a burning passion for traveling the world. Each trip brought them a new culture, a new language and unforgettable memories.
Their last stop was in Ephesus, Izmir, one of the ancient cities of Turkey. In this city full of legends, the Temple of Artemis attracted their attention the most. Artemis, the largest temple in the world at the time, was the goddess of hunting and nature. While Emma was walking among
the ruins of the temple, Luna was curiously sniffing around.

As the sun was slowly setting, Emma and Luna arrived at the deepest corner of the temple. Here, while playing with the stones on the ground, she found a very different shiny stone. The stone led them to an old entrance that the other visitors had not seen. When they entered, they saw ancient Greek writings and intricate decorations on the walls. The air had cooled and the wind had suddenly started to blow.

At that moment, a carving on the wall started to move. The light coming from the carving illuminated a secret passage in the room. As they curiously walked towards the passage, the writings on the wall began to glow. The writings told of a prophecy from Artemis: "A woman and her cat will reveal the deepest secrets of my temple and bring peace to the world."

Emma realized that this prophecy was about her. Her heart pounding with excitement, she looked at Luna. Luna purred as if she understood her and walked towards the passage. At the end of the passage was a large cave. In the middle of the cave was a glowing stone. When she touched the stone, images appeared on the cave walls, and the life of Artemis and the history of the temple flashed before her eyes.
When the images ended, the writing on the stone glowed: "Nature and animals can live together. Peace, love and respect always win."
Emma understood the importance of this message. In the face of wars and the destruction of nature in every corner of the world, she realized that people needed to be united. This adventure in the Temple of Artemis had changed Emma's life.
Now she was not just a traveler, but also a messenger carrying a message of peace to the world.

Moisuc Raluca Daciana -Artemis

Emma had learned that true power lies in unity among people. The adventure in the Temple of Artemis had opened her eyes to a deeper reality. Before, she had been merely a curious young woman, but now, after her experiences, she had realized her greater role.

She was no longer just a traveler on the world's roads, she was also a messenger, carrying with her a fundamental message: Only through solidarity and mutual construction could a better future be possible. Her life had taken on a deeper meaning, and every step she took had become part of a larger mission, a mission that transcended her own existence. Every meeting, every conversation, every movement of Emma's was now wrapped in a larger meaning.
Journeys were not just about destinations, they were also about lessons to be shared, connections to be made. She knew that the message she carried was essential to a more unified and harmonious future, a more balanced and hopeful future. Emma now understood that every small gesture, every word of wisdom, could have a significant impact on those around her. Her mission was not just about bringing people together, but also about encouraging them to discover their power to contribute to the greater good. Every step she took was a bridge toward a more connected, understanding, and unified world.
Now she could set out on new wonders...
Halicarnassus Mausoleum

Emma and the Secret of Halicarnassus
Once upon a time, in a small seaside town near the ancient ruins of Halicarnassus, there lived a curious 12-year-old girl named Emma. She had golden hair that sparkled like the sun and eyes that gleamed with curiosity. Emma loved reading about ancient wonders, and her favorite was the Mausoleum at Halicarnassus.
One warm summer afternoon, while exploring the ruins with her trusty sketchbook, Emma noticed something peculiar. Hidden behind a crumbling wall was a small, worn-out stone engraved with strange symbols. Her heart raced as she traced the symbols with her fingers.
“Could this be a clue?” Emma whispered to herself.
The town’s museum guide, an old man named Mr. Darius, had often told her stories about the Mausoleum’s secrets. But no one had ever found evidence of anything hidden beneath the ruins. Determined to uncover the truth, Emma rushed to Mr. Darius’s workshop.
“Mr. Darius, look at this!” Emma exclaimed, showing him her sketch of the symbols.
His eyes widened. “Emma, this is extraordinary! These symbols point to a hidden chamber beneath the Mausoleum. But no one has ever dared to search for it.”
Emma’s adventurous spirit couldn’t be stopped. Early the next morning, armed with a flashlight, rope, and her sketchbook, Emma returned to the ruins. Following the symbols, she discovered a narrow tunnel hidden beneath a pile of ancient stones. Crawling inside, she found herself in a small chamber.

In the center of the chamber stood a pedestal holding a shimmering crystal. It glowed faintly, illuminating the room with a soft blue light. Carved into the walls were images of people working together to build the Mausoleum, their faces full of hope and unity.
As Emma approached the crystal, a gentle voice filled the air:
“The true wonder of Halicarnassus is not its stones, but the unity and love that built it. Share this message with the world, and let its light guide you.”
Emma carefully sketched everything she saw before leaving the chamber. She didn’t take the crystal—she knew its place was there, keeping the memory of unity alive.
When Emma emerged from the tunnel, the sun was setting, casting golden hues over the ruins. She knew she had uncovered something truly magical, something greater than treasure.
From that day forward, Emma shared the story of Halicarnassus wherever she went, reminding everyone that the real wonders of the world are built with unity, love, and hope.
Statue of Zeus in Olympia
Philippos Sklavenitis 54th primary school, Patra ,Greece

Emma had been walking tirelessly for days, following old maps and legends. She had heard of the Statue of Zeus at Olympia, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and her curiosity had led her there.
When she arrived at the ruins, she felt the air fill with something mysterious. Among the broken columns, she discovered a small hidden room. Inside, she found a golden fragment of the statue's throne. Awe filled her; its grandeur hadn’t vanished—it had simply transformed into a story.
Emma smiled. She knew her journey didn’t end here, but this moment would stay with her forever.

As Emma explored , her eyes caught something glinting beneath the broken marble. Carefully, she dug it out with her hands and found an ancient coin. It was heavy, made of bronze, and bore a detailed depiction of the Statue of Zeus on its surface. Emma realized that this coin might have originated from the first Olympic Games, a treasure that connected the statue’s history with the legacy of athletics. She held it in her hands with awe, feeling as though she had become part of this ancient story.
