"Why move when I can sit?"
Sid was a stone who lived in a quiet sewer under the city. He loved doing nothing. He never rolled, never moved, and never explored. "Why move when I can sit?" he often said to himself.

"Sid, you should come outside sometime! The world is big and exciting!"
Barry, a bright blue bird, lived on a rooftop nearby. He loved flying, exploring, and seeing new places. Every day, he tried to convince Sid to leave the sewer. "Sid, you should come outside sometime! The world is big and exciting!" Barry chirped. But Sid always refused.

"Oh no!""My home!"
One rainy night, dark clouds covered the sky, and the city filled with the sound of raindrops. The sewer began to flood, water rushing in faster and faster. Sid wobbled as the current pushed him forward. "Oh no!" Sid cried. "My home!"

"Sid! The sewer is flooding! This is your chance to leave and see the world!"
"No way. I'll find another sewer,"
Barry swooped down from above, flapping his wings in panic. "Sid! The sewer is flooding! This is your chance to leave and see the world!"
Sid frowned as he tumbled through the water. "No way. I'll find another sewer," he grumbled, finally stopping under a bridge, hoping to stay dry.

"Maybe I should have left…"

"Sid, listen to me! The city isn’t safe for you anymore. There’s a whole world out there waiting for us!"
But the rain kept pouring, and the water kept rising. Sid shivered in the cold. The city didn’t feel as safe as it used to. He started to wonder if maybe Barry was right. "Maybe I should have left…" he whispered.
Barry landed beside him, shaking the water off his feathers. "Sid, listen to me! The city isn’t safe for you anymore. There’s a whole world out there waiting for us!"
