Adventure in Our Sustainable City
"Ada ve Can's Story"

City Library
Once upon a time, hidden in the heart of nature, there was a unique place called the "Sky Library". This library was known not only for its shelves full of knowledge and stories, but also as a sustainable structure that worked in harmony with nature. The existence of the library could only be discovered by those who were environmentally conscious.
One day, a young explorer, Ada, and her best friend Can set out to find the library. They were guided by an old map from their grandfather. The map read, "The secret of the Sky Library is hidden in the sounds of nature." They went deep into the forest to solve this clue.

In the middle of the forest, they saw a shining light between the trunks of a group of olive trees. When they found the source of the light, a large tree rising up into the sky turned into a library. This magical structure was powered by solar panels, irrigated by collecting rainwater, and made of recycled materials.
When they entered the library, they were greeted by nature guides. The guides told them about the library's philosophy of sustainability and how they respected nature. As Ada and Can explored every corner of the library, they understood the wisdom and power within nature better.
One day, they discovered a section in the library where the seeds of the rarest plants in the world were stored. These seeds were a glimmer of hope for the revival of nature. They wrapped the seeds in recyclable paper and set off for the city's recycling center.

Ada and Can went to the recycling facility and took the sproutable papers they had previously collected. They also received intact plastic bottles from the facility.
They decided to organize a paper sprouting event in their schools by making flower pots from plastic bottles. Their next stop was the school in the city.
The School of the Future

Excited about their next stop, Ada and Can arrived at the school in the Sustainable City. As they walked through the entrance, they noticed something special—the school was surrounded by a big green garden full of colorful flowers, vegetables, and trees.
The building itself was made of wood and recycled bricks. Large windows let in plenty of sunlight, so no extra lights were needed during the day. On the roof, solar panels collected energy from the sun, and a small wind turbine spun gently in the breeze.

Inside, the classrooms looked bright and cozy. Instead of plastic chairs, there were wooden desks made from reused materials. Every classroom had a special “Green Corner” where students grew small plants in pots made from recycled bottles.
Instead of paper books, each student had a digital tablet to read and learn. But there was still a library with many colorful books, because reading a real book is always special!
At lunchtime, the children ate healthy meals made from fresh vegetables grown in the school garden. Any leftover food was placed in a compost bin, turning it into natural fertilizer for the plants.
After school, Ada and Can joined a fun workshop where students created eco-friendly projects. Together, they built birdhouses from old wood and learned how to save water by using rain barrels.
“This school is amazing!” Can said. “It’s a place where learning and nature come together!”
Smiling, Ada added, “I wish every school in the world could be like this!”

Hospital

Ada and Can's science teacher said that they would organize a hospital trip. However, this hospital was not an ordinary one. They were going to visit an eco-friendly hospital that adopted the zero-waste principle, where recycled materials were used in very practical and useful ways. Ada and Can were very excited because it was their first time visiting such a hospital. When they arrived, a staff member welcomed them and explained every detail about the recycled materials used in the hospital. Ada, Can, and their friends had never thought that recycled materials could be used in such a way. They observed everything with great interest and listened carefully to the staff member. Ada and Can were very happy because they had spent a wonderful day. Their next trip would be to the city's power plant. They were already starting to get excited about this visit as well.

Ada and Can are two young friends who live in a green and beautiful city. They love nature and dream to help their city use clean energy without polluting the environment.
One day, Can said, "What if we make a power plant that uses only sun, wind and water to power the whole city?" Ada immediately liked the idea and they started working on it.
Months later, they created a power plant that used solar panels, wind turbines and hydroelectric stations. The city began to get energy from nature without polluting the air and water.
The city became cleaner and everyone was very happy. Ada and Can proved that with hard work and good ideas they could make the world a better place.
Their project has inspired many others to do the same.
