There once was a dinosaur named Timmy.
Timmy’s life-long goal was to defy gravity
and travel through the solar system. He
always knew this would be a hard goal to
accomplish because the oxygen levels would
be reduced and resources would be quite
limited.

He went to college and learned all about
astronomy, the atmosphere, and atmospheric
pressure. He learned all about black holes,
asteroids, blue stars, and the planets. He
learned about everything within our galaxy,
including gravitational field, meteorology, and
the ozone layer. He worked and studied really
hard so he could graduate and become an
astronaut.

On his first day of work they sent
him into space on a spaceship to
investigate the varying amounts of heat
energy in our hemisphere, something
called global warming. His first
course of action was to take the
temperature and check the hydrogen
and hydrocarbon levels in the air.

The temperature was approximately 300
degrees Fahrenheit! (That’s 148.8 degrees
Celsius and 422 degrees Kelvin!) Timmy knew
these kinds of temperatures would expand the
ozone hole and eventually cause extinction to
all life on Earth!

The first thing he decided to do was
coast to Jupiter to sleep in a crater
for the night, so he could think of a
plan. As he was lying in bed thinking
of a plan, he witnessed a magnificent
lunar eclipse and watched the planets
orbit the sun. He was temporarily at
a loss of thought, he could not come up
with a theory on how to save the
galaxy.

It had been a typical night in space, and Jupiter
had finally orbited into a place where the
ultraviolet rays of the sun were visible. While
staring out into the stratosphere, Timmy finally
came up with a solution, it hit him so fast it was
like the speed of light!

He waited until his
planet rotated a little
more, so he wouldn’t get
biological defects from
the sun’s harmful rays,
and then he set off into
the asthenosphere!

When he stepped foot on the Earth’s surface,
he could not wait to explain his undefined
thoughts on how to save the planet with his
boss. He explained that in order to stop the
ozone hole from expanding, we must use
alternative energy sources that do not put
harmful waste into the sky.
