It was the last day of fasting before Eid. Kasim and 

his family ate dinner and broke their fast. But 

Kasim's father, Ahmed had to work, so he broke his 

fast at his office. Then everyone prayed Maghrib

Kasim's father had come home just before 'Ishaa and 

got dressed, so Kasim and his father can go to the 

mosque and pray,

while Ayla and her mother, Fatima, pray at home.

Kasim was so excited for Eid that he couldn't sleep. He 

treid counting sheep or do anything that would bore 

him to sleep. In the end, he fell asleep.

Suddenly, Kasim started to dream...

Kasim's dream took him to a market in a town that he 

has never seen.

His curiosity brought him to a market with a lot more 

people. And he continued walking deeper into town.

Kasim realized these people had no food. He tried 

offering some candy he had in his pocket but none of 

the people talked.

Kasim fell into tears thinking about the starving people 

in the streets. He realized a lot of people don't have 

food to eat.

Kasim was waking up from his bad dream. He heard a 

voice.
