This is someone expressing herself through music.

Music is a beautiful medium that allows you to express your
feelings. Peaceful, energetic, dreamy, or gloomy are a few of its
effects on your mood. Music lifts you up when you’re feeling
down and lets occupied people empty their mind to escape the
stress of reality. It lets anyone express themselves in a way
that they would never be capable of with words. It the sorrows
and joys of life. To the eye, music is a foreign language of notes
on a staff, yet to the mind, it might appear to be a slide show of
vivid pictures. A graceful ballerina, a nightmarish terror, a
carefree summer day, there is no end to the possibilities that
music shares with your imagination.

There are many different types of instruments. Two instruments that are
very similar and yet very different are the flute and the piano. When
played in a higher range, the treble clef, the piano can have the same
effect as the flute; a soothing, quiet melody. Yet in more than one way,
these two instruments are different. The flute is a woodwind instrument
that can not play in a lower range. It’s sound is high and airy in contrast
to the sound of a piano. The piano has a clear and strong sound as well as
a wide range. It is put in the category of percussion because of the small
hammers that hit strings to create sound. While flute is confined to a
small variety of sound, the range of piano is greatly expanded. Piano and
flute are alike and different.
This is a Venn diagram used to show
similarities and differences.

This is Elvis Presley's star in Hollywood.

The effect of an artist is innovative and dynamic. A musician, for
example, has the power to revolutionize music as we know it. During
the Great Depression, the Harlem renaissance artists came together
to play music. The result was a whole new genre of music called
jazz. Jazz was a new way to brighten someone’s day and take his
mind off the hard times they were going through in the 1930s.
Another example of this power is Elvis Presley. He used his music to
help cause rock ‘n’ roll, therefore he is called “The King”of rock ‘n’
roll. In conclusion, artists can create a whole new way of expressing
music.
