We looked back into the horizan at theloud,bellowing mushroom cloud. shrapnel, ricocheting ofbuildings in the city.echoing screamsheardfrom every angle.Ten feet standing watching completely still. the traumatized look on Frenchys face makes me want to crie but i know i have to stay strong for our little six year old girl."We better keep moving," says Jack firmly everyone agrees. for hours no one talks, silence fills the air we head into the dark abandoned city. vigilance is in Janes eyes, she take frenchys unperturbed hand."Mummy, daddy i'm hungry," complains frenchy,
"ten more minutes?" I reply
"ten more minutes," she sighs.
Half an hour later we still haven't found food but we stop for a break anyway. occasionly we hold our noses because of the disgusting smell of regurgitated food.
