Once upon a time there was a brother and sister called Hansel and Gretel,they lived by the forest with there father and stepmother.

One evening, Hansel overheard the parents talking.....Honey we need to talk the stepmother said.We are having a problem if we continue like this we will all soon starve.The father said you are right but i don not know what to do.The stepmother said i have a plan we have to leave the children in the forest.The father said no!never?how can you say that?tell me!the step mother said if we live together we will all soon starve,at least we can take care of ourselves.At the end the father agreed the abandon the children in the forest.The children were very hungry they could not sleep so they heard every thing there parents said.

The following morning the children were taken to the forest,as Hansel already knew his parents plan, he collected some pebbles to drop along the way home.When they were in the midst of the forest they,finally stopped.Children your father and i will collect some firewood. With that there parents turned and left the children alone.The children waited and waited but there parents did not return.The forest grew darker and darker until the sun finally set.

Frightened and confused ,Gretel stared to cry.Gretel said Oh Hansel ,our parents have abandon us!How will we ever find our way back home?Hansel said don not cry Gretel,Look the moon is rising.soon i will be able to find our way back home.As soon as the moon rose,the white pebbles Hansel had dropped began to glow and sparkle in its light.Hansel and Gretel could see them clearly,and were able to follow the moonlit pebbles all the way home.

When they reached home,their parents were stunned to see them.How did they manage to find there way back home ?said the stepmother. Tomorrow i will take them so deep they will never get out!

The next morning, the children were taken to the forest again.This time Hansel did not have time the chance to collect pebbles so he scatted breadcrumbs,instead.soon after the children were left alone again,the sun set and it became dark .Gretel said how are we going to find our way home this time?Don not worry i marked a trail again.you did!The children stared to run but the bread crumbs were not found anywhere.the birds must have been eaten all the breadcrumbs.Hansel and Gretel did not know their way back home.

They went deeper and deeper into the forest,and losing all there hope finding there way home.they came up to a curios looking house.When they came a bit closer for a better look,they were amazed to realize that it was all made up of tasty treats.Gretel said the windows are mad up of cookies and the door chocolate,Gretel look and the candy instead of bricks. wow ! the children were very hungry,so they began to snatch cookies and candy out of the house and stared to eat them.
