







Up, up and away flew the balloons. They were so colourful as they gently floated towards the sun. The balloons were blue, yellow, red, purple, and green. Green was Grandma's favourite colour.

Soon all of the neighbours looked up to the sky to watch the beautiful balloons. It was such a peaceful sight. They all wondered how far the balloons would soar before they came falling back to Earth.


A jet plane soared through the fluffy clouds as the little boy smiled. "Who are those guys?" His Uncle laughed. "I don't know but they're going to see Grandma!"


Dusk had fallen as the sky started to darken. The balloons continued to sail upwards passing through the clouds and out of this world. If only one of the balloons made to Grandma, the little boy would be very happy.
