This is Reagan.

2
Today is Reagan's seventh birthday. His dad is picking him up early from school for a birthday surprise.

3
"Reagan, your dad is in the front office to check you out", Mrs.Tiller said to Reagan as she handed him an early dismissal pass.

4
As Reagan escapes his second grade classroom and enters the hallway, he sees his dad waiting with a loving smile to greet him.

5
"Dad!", Reagan shouted as he ran down the hall, landing in between his dad and the main office door.

6
"Hey there son, ready to go have some birthday fun?" exclaimed Reagan's dad, Trey.
"You bet, dad!"

7
Reagan and his dad make their way out of the school's front door and down the stone walkway into the parking lot and find their red pickup truck.

8
"Dad, where are we going? You gotta tell me! It is my birthday.."
"It's a surprise..."

9
Reagan struggled to stay still, squirming and worming in his seat belt. He just couldn't figure out where they were going! After all, they had drove past every place he could possibly think of!

10
They drove past McDonald's. They drove past Chuck E. Cheese's. They drove past Put-Put. They drove past Reagan's favorite fishing hole. They even drove past the Similar Springs city limits sign.

11
Reagan didn't know what to think. His dad slowed at a rusted street sign and turned down a lonely old dirt road.
"I give up dad, where in this great big world are you taking us?"
