When all the guests have left for the day,
When all the trash has been put away,
When the sky above is more black than blue,
It’s playtime for animals at the zoo.

Sure, the grizzly bears may hibernate.
But the bats and owls will stay up late.

Crickets chirp at an old bullfrog,

Annoying the rest of the menagerie.
