One afternoon when Kaalu was taking a nap he heard the phone ring. Mom answered and was talking in hushed tones. Kaalu heard his name being mentioned and something about the zoo. He jumped into the house through the window.

He asked mom what happened. . .

Bob, the zookeeper called and said that your friend Oran the orangutan is missing from the zoo!!!

Really!? That is such bad news. I must go in search of him immediately.

Kaalu waited impatiently for Abhi and Arjun to come back from school. As soon as they return Kaalu updates them and all three of them go to Paranjay and Shivansh's house. All of them discuss the plan and Kaalu, Abhi and Paranjay proceed towards the forest in search of Oran.

Meanwhile Arjun and Shivansh call the police and tell them that Oran is missing. They also call Bob and tell him to get a cage to the edge of the forest. They all agree to meet at the forest.

Kaalu, Abhi and Paranjay met the other gorillas of the forest and tried to find out the whereabouts of Oran. None of them seem to have seen or heard of Oran.... Suddenly, one of them remembered seeing a big green truck in the forest. He takes them all to the place where he had seen the truck last.

Abhi, Kaalu and Paranjay follow the tyre tracks made by the truck deep in the forest and find themselves going towards the mountains. There they see a green truck driving far far away up the mountains. Kaalu wonders what to do next and how to get his friend Oran back.... Together they come up with a plan.....

The plan was... Kaalu will somehow try to get to the top of the truck and look through the window at the back and see if Oran was in there. Once he signals to Abhi and Paranjay that Oran is there, both the boys would call the police and chase the green truck. Kaalu then immediately proceeds towards the green truck.

Kaalu hid amongst trees and watched the truck pass by. It was getting dark and he knew that they would surely stop somewhere as it was getting really dark. He just followed the truck.
