Hi everyone! Now I will introduce all of you my book a bout a historic place in Hanoi. It is One Pillar Pagoda.

One Pillar Pagoda is located in the centre in Hanoi. One Pillar Pagoda is another name Dien Huu pagoda or United Republic, located in the village temple land Thanh Bao, Quang Duc district, west Hoang thanh Thang Long.( Beside Uncle's Ho Mausoleum)

Now the temple is not formed like lotus petals on the ancient stone columns but the picture of a temple in the middle of the water rising still suggestive shape of a lotus flower - beautiful flowers, symbolizing the quintessential beauty , topping - located in the reservoir. Not only that, it is also a symbol of wisdom, of the immortality, liberation.

Speaking to the One Pillar Pagoda outside our spiritual sense, we can not not mention the unique architecture of this relic populations. This is an innovative structure combining architectural space with high and low rhythms including stone sculpture, painting, drawing hit the hallway, the water is a symbol of cultural, artistic, bold ethnicity.

But the temple was destroyed, rebuilt smaller than the prototype, repeated here for a while had a unique architectural expression.

For thousands of years with many ups and downs of history, the One Pillar Pagoda retains the spirit of the ancient Thang Long. A very small temple but fragile cultural values, tremendous history, and its people to endure, still the spiritual majesty of the nation, is the symbolic image of the capital, steadily in line endless time.

 

One Pillar Pagoda is not only famous scenic spots, is a symbol of the capital. The One Pillar Pagoda is also Vǎn vestige of history, architecture, art dated 28-4-1962. And has long been a unique feature of Vietnamese culture, the temple is not large, but with its own architecture.
