"Hi Toby! Want to come to my house for dinner today?" Said Alison.

Toby liked spending time with Alison. He figured having dinner at someone's house would be fun.

"Sure!" Toby said excitedly.

"Okay, see you later." Toby said.

Toby still had to ask his parents but he was sure they would say it was okay.

"We eat at 6 o'clock, see you then!"

"Sure son. Just come home right after."

"Hey dad! A friend invited me over for dinner with her family. Can I go?"

Toby was very excited, he just did not know what to expect. Toby's family didn't usually have dinner together.

When Toby got to Alison's house her family was so nice to him. They talked about their day and laughed.
