Frank and his wife Susie have been living around the Aral sea for many years with their son William.

They enjoy farming and growing their own crops such as cotton.

"Is this sea getting smaller or is it just me?"

Over the years, the family had noticed that the Aral Sea seemed to be getting smaller and smaller very fast.

Frank also had to start giving his crops less water because they had to save what they had left.

After a couple of months passed, they started to notice that they had to travel a greater distance to collect water and fish to drink and eat.

This became a concern for the family because they were running out of options.

Once they started to notice that the sea was shrinking, they saw how much water all of the families around the sea are using up.

This became a great worry for all of the families so they started to try and save the water but it didn't help much at all.
