The farm will be located in the city of Westville.

Westville has a large amount of ideal farmland and is relatively close to the more urban areas on the island where larger amounts of food are needed. This proposed farm will be 220 acres total. There is not a large amount of excess arable land available on Coconut Island so this is as big as the farm can be.

Smaller scale commercial agriculture will be practiced here. This type of agriculture will be used because Coconut wants to efficiently produce a large amount of crops and they have the resources to do so. Farm machinery will include a tractor to transport materials, a rotary tiller to plough soil, a farm truck to carry harvested crops, and a livestock trailer to transport livestock.

Sugar cane, pineapples, and coffee will be the crops grown on this farm. For the livestock, cows, chickens, and pigs will also be cultivated. These crops and livestock will be grown/cultivated to maximize profit. This farm will not be subsidized by Coconut Island's government. Crops and livestock will be transported with the farm truck and the livestock trailer.

This farm will target local farmers markets and major grocery stores across the island to maximize profit. Potential problems could be weather related issues like hurricane/tropical storms, some areas on the farm do not have ideal topsoil for farming, and erosion. To solve these problems fences can be built, better topsoil could be brought in, and strong boundaries can be built too.
