my mother shouted loudly, which made me jump. "Coming!" I yelled back and headed quickly towards the kitchen before my mother turned into an "erupting volcano". And once she turned into one, there is no stopping her. As I sat down to my cereal and milk, and Mother had went to get her watch for a meeting and-
Chapter 1
The Watch's Disappeared?
Come down and have breakfast, NOW. And don't let me call again.

"Where in the world is it? I put it here last night!" A pause as Mother's footsteps hurried around the house. "It's nowhere!" she shouted angrily and stomped back towards the kitchen for breakfast. "What watch?" my younger brother John asked quietly, looking nervous. "The watch that Father bought for her for New Year's Eve." I replied. I and John watched as Mother poured her milk into her bowl of cereal furiously, then snatched up a towel and cleaned up the mess savagely. "The family will help me find it." Mother said curtly. As I hurried towards the study after breakfast, I wondered if I could solve the mystery. Perhaps, I thought and closed the study door.
Chapter 2
Other Disappearances

I put aside the finished workbooks and pulled out a sticky note pad. On it, I wrote:
I tore it off and stuck it on my study door. I
sat there listening to Mother's and Father's
voices talking about the missing watch. Apparently mother had returned from her meeting. I sighed,
but then I heard something else in their
conversation: "Well, later, I have something on hand."

Missing watch
-What?
-Have to fix this machine. I'd need a screw and a nail first.
( My Father is an engineer.) A clatter as Father took out his tool box.
-Where are those nails?
I swallowed with difficulty. Something else was missing. I grabbed my pen, ran towards the door and scribbled onto the sticky note:

Missing watch
Missing nails

I flung open the door I headed in the direction of the kitchen where a spare room lay before it. We used this spare
room as a "Relaxing Room". We do our own stuff there
like reading books on the armchair. There is a wooden table bench to do other stuff like writing stories. A picture frame hung above it. It was empty now so I have the room all to myself which I appreciated because I wouldn't like anyone sneaking on my stuff.

I sat down onto the wooden bench and thought hard. There might be some common things about them that was the goal the thief planned. Let's see, I thought, value, no, different values. Size, different. What about colors? Both grey and silvery. And material? Well, that's metal both. I wrote all of these down on two pieces of paper lying on the table:

Nails:
Not much value
Small
Grey
Silvery
Metal

Watch:
Valuable
Medium size
Grey
Silvery
Metal
Chapter 3
The " Missing Metals" Pattern

I ran my hands through the bookshelf that lay in the room for any book that contains any sort of information about metal robbers. None of the books in the vast bookshelf I have gone through actually had anything of the sort. I tried desperately to look for it. The only encouraging thought was that I hadn't searched the whole bookshelf yet. When I was just about to give up, gleaming letters caught my eye at the corner of the bookshelf.
I quickly grabbed the book and flipped to the table of contents,

Metals
in which I started running my fingers hot through the chapters, but they were mostly: What are metals?; How to make metal; How heat is transferred to metal;... It wasn't until I reached the last chapter when I finally relaxed in delight. There was an extra chapter on metal robbers. I reached for a bookmark nearby and marked it so that I could read it tonight. The door suddenly creaked which almost gave me a heart attack! Frightened, I quickly turned my head towards the door. Looking back at me was an extremely nervous and anxious John, sweat running down his cheeks as if he's been running around his bedroom 10 times. He was also rocking backwards and forwards and to and fro like a swing magicked to do the opposite of swinging. "What are you doing?"
he asked, his tone exactly like his expression." Solving the mystery." I said, "What's the matter anyway?" I added, looking at him in curiosity. John gulped."The telescope." It took me a moment for me to understand what on earth he was talking about. "Yes, it is made of metal." I mumbled, considering. "Why are you considering the material for, help me!" John said angrily. "You find it, I solve it! Isn't that helping? Do you think I have no brains to help? Do you think I would forget about this that quickly not to help? Do you think I can't realize what's important to help? I am considering the material to check my hypothesis!" I shouted in rage. I stomped towards my study and slammed the door shut.
Chapter 4
The Conclusion
After making up my bed, I lied down and started reading the chapter Metal Robbers: "Not counting precious metals, most metals that is stolen will most likely to be stolen by creatures, not humans. Creatures such as Metalizers and Shiniosers are two of the most common metal robbers. A Metalizer will take any metal that catches its eye, while a Shinioser noses into shiny objects. These creatures feed on the light that reflects of the object. Under
