Hi my names Sammy , I cant wait to start the process of photosynthesis. first we need some sunlight, then some carbon dioxide and water.

Like I said before the three inputs are Co2, H2o, and sunlight. With these three things plants like me make food, this food is called glucose. The photosynthesis process takes place in a plant cell within the chloroplast. The chloroplast has a liquid in it called chlorophyll which makes the plant green. Without this process i probably wouldn't even be here telling you about it.

Manny and Sammy are really good friends. He makes the food I need so I can make it into energy in a process called cellular respiration. There is also inputs in this process, they are the glucose that the plant made in the photosynthesis process and oxygen.

Cellular respiration gives animals like me energy so we can do what we want. It turns glucose into glycolysis with glycolysis it can start the process. The next step in this three step process is the Krebs cycle. It takes oxygen and turns it into carbon dioxide, with water being a waste product. This process just gives us energy in the form of ATP. The third and final step is electron transport, its where electrons leave an electron donor and go to an electron acceptor.
