BOOM! A whole city is gone from one bomb. In early August 1945 two atomic bombs where dropped on Japan. The first was called Little Boy and was dropped on Hiroshima. The other one called Fat Man was dropped on Nagasaki three days later. To understand the atomic bombs you must look at each of the cities and what the bombs did to them

Main point one

"The first bomb killed between 90,000 and 166,000. The bomb killed 80,000 people and afterwards it killed about another 20,000 people adding up to 100,000 people or more. This bomb hit Hiroshma" (World War II)

The first bomb hit Hiroshima Japan and killed about a little more 110,000 people. The bomb hit on August 6th 1945. The city was vaporized as the temp in the middle was some 1,000,000 degrees. Also the after effects are still in the city. Even after all all of these things Japan did not give up so we had to drop another bomb.
