Kylie loved to bake!! That's why she is in the kitchen helping Mum bake a...... Cake!! Guess what flavour? One of Kylie's favourites, Lemon drizzle!! Yum!!!

Kylie gathered all of the ingredients into a bowl and mixed. She had always had fun cooking with her Mum!

Kylie had a dream to open a bakery named Sugar and Spice! Ever since she watched the best baker comp on tv she loves to bake and wants to be in a show like that!

THE WINNER IS....

The cake was finally in the oven to bake for 50 mins. Kylie was watching tv and saw an add.

"Hey Mum, look, there is a baking competition on the 18th September. In one week, do you think I could try it?" Kylie asked.

Kylie was in the study searching up the website. She was so excited that her Mum was happy to do it with her!!

Kylie clicked the FINISHED button. "Yippee, I better start practising!!" Kylie exclaimed.

" Perfect timing, It is your grandparents 60th next this weekend" Mum said.

"Kylie, quickly, can you place the merengue in the oven, the ice the cake, boil the kettle, turn off the stove and ..... oh Kylie, this is way to much work!" Mum said. "It's ok Mum, I understand. I can help and I will fix the table by 10am for when the guests come!"
