One day, Jack was reading one of his favourite books.
It was about a little boy, who once got very angry. He was told he had been very naughty, and was punished. Suddenly Jack realised what the problem was. The boy had got angry!
Jack thought to himself 'If I don't get angry, then I won't want to be naughty!'
So, for one day, he decided he wouldn't get angry.
On a walk with Mum, Jack told himself he wouldn't get angry.
It was very hard.
Jack decided that every time he wanted to be angry, he would lock up the anger and not let it out.
He tried it in the playground.
He tried at dinner.
