Life has many ups and downs. Sometimes it can feel like everything you know and cherish is working against you. I felt like this once, like my whole world had changed and I could not find my place in it anymore.

My dears...don't ever let anyone tell you that you cannot do something or make you feel less than who you are. You can do anything you want to do and it is never too late in life to make the choice to be happy!

That choice to be happy has to come from within yourself. You cannot make anyone else happy until you have made yourself happy and no one is responsible for making ourselves happy but us. Live life everyday as if it was your last day! Love, laugh and be true to your friends and family! Respect yourself as well as others and be honest in everything you do.
