Once upon a time there was this great ruler of Rome, born in 63 B.C. his name was Augustus. However when Augustus was a child his name was Octavius. Octavius had a very rough childhood, he was a terribly ill child and his father died when he was the age of 4.

After many heroic deeds, Julius named Octavius his only heir to inherit the kingdom in his will. At age 17 after Julius's death, Octavius was next in line as emperor. One of the first things Octavius did as emperor was defeat and later become allies with Mark Antony (Romes biggest rival at the time).

As Octavius grew older, he accomplished many other great achievements. He ended 100 years of civil war throughout all of Rome. He greatly expanded his empire and created over 40 years of peace and prosperity throughout his time of emperor.
