The egocentic club president treats his job as a dictatorship. He bosses around everyone, and he does not approve of anyone else's ideas. There are many infidels to dictatorship in the club.
Billy wishes to share his ideas with the club president. He also wants everyone to have a say in the club..

He wouldn't like my idea...

Billy encounters a mystical dog in the forest, who tells him that the yearbook club should work like a republic form of government, where people elect a leader.
I like the idea of republicanism.
The next day, Billy tells his friends about his idea of republicanism, and they approved of it.

Nice idea! Now we need to get more people on our side. Then we can tell the president.
After going around to spread the word, Billy and his friends were ready to confront the club president for retribution. They did not want to temporize, so they went to the president directly.
