Sophia Goodwin has just moved back to her beloved town that she grew up in. To find that her town has also been affected by segregation because in the 1960's segregation was at its high.

Unfortunately, her best friend, Quinn Miller since childhood was also apart of this fate. After all, she is a different race. It was hard living in a town knowing the only person you know is separated from you. But only if Sophia knew things only got worst from there.

When she first walked back into her town things only got worst from there. She was greeted by a crowd that was secured by a "DO NOT CROSS" Sign. There were police every were, when she got to the front Sophia was horrified of what she saw.

Sophia looked over the police line and she saw some officers around the scene. Officer Rhinehart (An officer on the scene) was ordering people to back away from the scene. Then Sophia saw a dead body of a girl laying on the ground and she screamed.
