Siddhartha Gautama is the founder of Buddhism.He started off as a Hindu which their social classes was the caste system where he was a Kshatriya which is the warriors and kings.

Siddhartha was not satisfied although he was very

wealthy.Siddhartha began to ask questions about the meaning of life.

Siddhartha saw 4 sights as he was leaving and they were an old man,a sick man,a dead man and a monk.

Siddhartha kept traveling for several years,so he wanted to free his mind.He went without eating or even bathing himself.He spent all his time meditating under a tree near the town Gaya.

He meditated for 48 days when he finally found that human suffering come from wanting what we like but do not have,wanting to keep what we like and already have,and not wanting what we dislike but have.
