Frederick Winslow Taylor was the man to come up with the idea of efficiency to decrease the prices of items and increase the production time of items and this would change America with his idea.

Or in other words, The Father of Scientific Mangement

Efficiency was a new idea that would change America with his scientific management from his mathematics teacher, Bull Wentworth as he would time how long it took for half of the class to be finish with a problem and did the problem himself based on the average student and see how long it took the whole class to complete the problem.

Sometimes It can be easy or be diffcult

Frederick Winslow Taylor passed the entrance examination at Harvard College. Taylor did the most unexpected move in his life.

He got a degree at Stevens Institutes of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey and which went to Nievele steel company to begin studying the workers productivity. When he was done with the steel company, their worker productivity was doubled.  

He believed that unions would be unnecessary because all they did was pay the job, and not the workers at the Nivele steel company in Philadelphia.
