Gear

In hockey you need gear so you don't get hurt from a really hard rubber puck or a hockey stick. You need to have gear to play, like a helmet,gloves,a hockey stick,and skates. There are other gear but I named some there's more than just that. Skates are for you don't slip on the ice because shoes slip easier on ice. The hockey stick is for you to hit the puck and try to score. The helmet is so you don't get hit in the face or the head. Gloves are you so you don't get hit in the hands or so your hand don't get cold or get cut by the skate.

Rules

There are certain rules there is a two minutes penalty there's tripping, slashing hooking, and more. When you check from behind that's a ten minute penalty. You can't play with out a ref on the ice because they control the game.

There are five players on the ice for each team and there's a goalie for a team too. There's a center right wing and left wing. Those are the forward they try to score on the other team. Then there's the defense they help the goalie so they don't score
