Once upon a time, there was a prince named Phil Phillips. He lived in his great Kingdom of Mist, which was very poor during this time of depression. His people did not have enough money to feed themselves or their family and couldn't work anymore as owners could not pay workers.

Phil left his kingdom in search of a job. He looked in his own kingdom and other villages but no one was hiring. As money was sparse every where in the land.

Phil heard that a man named F.D.R made an organization called the CCC as part of his "New deal", which would give men like him jobs building roads. Phil immediately enrolled to be accepted into the CCC as he kingdom was in dire need of the money.
