Jack Andrews.

Jack was in his bedroom watching his favorite baseball team,The Pirates.
“The Pirates won with a score of 11-5. The Pirates claim victory, the announcer spoke, "The Pirates are making their way to the championships."

All Jack ever wanted was to go to one of their games, better yet their championship game. With that thought Jack decided to do all of his chores so that he could ask for tickets to see them. At the end of every week, Jack decided he wouldn't get paid, so he could save it for the tickets. Then Jack asked if he could get some tickets, but then his mom pulled 3 VIP tickets from out behind her back.

Jack found out that the Pirates are facing his mom’s favorite team The White Sox. That was one of the main reasons that they got the tickets. Jack didn’t care though, as long he gets to see his team. Jack confronted his mom about the game. “So, the White Sox are playing also, against my team. Well there is just one thing, your team is going DOWN!” Jack yelled.

The next couple of days Jack and his mom were placing bets on which team is going to win. “If my team wins, then I don’t have to do chores for a whole month,” Jack explained.
If my team wins, then you’ll have to do all of your chores all day, everyday for a whole month,” Jack’s mom said.
”We’ll see,” Jack stated.
They were hosting the game at the White Sox stadium in Chicago, so they didn’t have to travel far. It came to the day of the game, and Jack couldn’t wait to see his team up close. Jack though didn’t know what the VIP ticket were really meant for. He was soon going to find out that he’s going to meet them personally.

They were outside the stadium with a bunch of other different fans who bought the tickets for the same reason. Jack’s family had a cookout outside their truck. They ate their food and they waited. They had to wait until the field and game was ready. Finally, they announced that people can start to come in and take their seats to watch the game. Before the game started, they started the game off with the Star Spangled Banner. Once that was over the game began.

They sat near the ground and got the closest seats as possible. They were right up next to the field. They will be able to meet the teams after the game, but Jack still doesn’t know. The Pirates are up to bat first, White Sox out on the field. Jack always wanted to watch the Pirates in a game, and know he can.
” You still placing those bets?’” asked Jack.
“Yes I am, don’t think that I don’t know that the White Sox are going to win,” bragged his mom.
” Yeah, you keep on telling yourself that,” Jack stated with a smirk.

As the Pirates went up to bat, the White Sox went to discuss a plan on how to beat them. Jack’s favorite team number was up to bat, number 25, Gregory Polanco. The pitcher threw a fastball, but number 25 still got a home run. Later throughout the game, the Pirates got a score of 7 runs and 3 outs.

Now it’s the White Sox turn. As players went up to bat, Jack’s mom was cheering them on, “ GO White Sox! #7,#7!” Jack's mom was cheering on her favorite player Tim Anderson. Later in the game, the White Sox only had 6 runs and 3 outs.
