My dedication is to the amazing directors of Trojan Pride Marching Band and all the members who made this presentation worth presenting.

There was once a boy named Timmy that decided to join Marching Band once he became a Freshman in High School. He had always played trumpet in middle school and decided to continue playing in High School. The first part of Marching Band for any High School Marching Band is Band Camp.1

Timmy had tried out for section leader for his section and had made it!2 Timmy had spent half of the summer preparing for ways to help lead his section and help his fellow Trumpet players succeed.3

During Band Camp, all Band members learned basic drill and how to get from Point A to Point B by Marching.4

Timmy and his Marching Band practiced and practiced in Summer and even in Fall for Football game performances and for, eventually, even some competitions!

The day for Timmy's very first competition quickly approached. The day before the competition, the entire band practiced with hopes of fixing some minor, and some major, problems in the show. Timmy and his fellow band members travelled to the location of their first competition. Their performance didn't start until a later time so Timmy went to see some of his competition.

A marching band performance for each band was about 15 minutes each and Timmy had about three hours to kill.5 He watched in pure fascination. All of the bands were unique and varied in size and variation of instruments.6
