It was a lovely day in the body. Every organelle and organ were happy and doing their jobs to keep the body healthy. They also had faith in the non-specific defenses of the body, such as the skin, mucus, and nose hair. These work to keep any sort of harmful bacteria out, so the inside of the body can rest easy.

Little did thecreatures helping the body know, there was a new intruder entering to HARM the body -- an antigen!

Heheheh, I love destroying bodies!

The antigen, now in the body, begins reproducing to make smaller baby antigens to grow up and help him destroy the body.

Back in the main hub of the body, a T-Cell spots the antigens. He recognized that they are NOT meant to be in the body, so he turns on the alarm system to warn all the other cells.

The B-Cells hear the T-Cell's alarm, so they secrete antibodies to go out on a mission to destroy the invaders. This is the specific defense team; they are specifically working to destroy an invader.
