Dedicated to Mr. King, who assigned this project instead of just letting us watch more movies as a part of our enhanced AP Macro education.

Maria and Anna were twin sisters. They were both super excited to start 3rd grade together. They liked to do everything together and even shared a room.

One day in art class, their teacher Mrs. Smith told them there was space for one more student to be on the classroom decorating committee. Both girls jumped for joy until realizing only one spot was left.
Well, we're going to be covering the classroom with stars and snowflakes if that helps either one of you decide.
When the girls got home, they couldn't stop fighting. Both of them thought they were the better artist and should have the spot.
"You suck!" screamed Maria
"Your stars look like sad starfish!" yelled Anna

Their mom was sick of hearing them argue, so she suggested an idea to get them to stop.
"How about you guys see who can make the most stars and snowflakes in class and the winner gets the spot?"
So the next day in art class, Maria and Anna worked all hour to make as many paper snowflakes and stars as they could. Anna was able to make 6 stars and 2 snowflakes. Maria made 3 stars and 4 snowflakes.

They were still confused about who exactly won so they went to Mrs.Smith and asked her. She explained that figuring out who won would be based on both comparative and absolute advantage.
