Gregory Lee Johnson burned an American flag. He was in Dallas ,Texas 1984 Republican National Convention. He was a protester against the policies of the Reagan administration.
This case is important because of it can go against out 1st amendment. It could be argued that burning an American flag is Un-American and should be punished it also can be against our first Amendment.
