soy yo.
ordinario. Soy Rocinante, y ésta es mi historia.
Once upon a time, there was a horse. That
horse is me. However, I am not just an ordinary
horse. I am Rocinante, and this is my story.

hermoso. Mi amo me amaba, porque nunca dejaba
de trabajar.
I lived on a farm in Spain. When I was just two
years old I started working in the fields. I was a
strong and steady workhorse, but I was never beautiful.
My master loved me because I never gave up.

me empecé a cansar.
mí, y me llamaban feo. Me sentía solo, y yo estaba triste.
However, after many years of hard work, I began to
get tired. Because I was not beautiful, my master put
me in a field far away from everyone else. No one
wanted to talk to me, everyone just laughed at me,
calling me ugly. I was lonely, and I was sad.

Alonso Quijano.
No sé
But then one day, a man named Alonso Quijano
came into my life. He was looking for a horse to
join him on an adventure. As he walked by my
pasture, I tried my best to trot around and look
adventurous when he looked at me. I do not know
why, but he chose me to join him on his adventures.
He told me that his real name was Don Quijote, and
he gave me the name, Rocinante.

Don Quijote was used to being laughed at, and he
wasn't too good-looking either. We understood each
other. I thought he was the most wonderful person
in the whole world, and he thought I was the most
beautiful horse. We became best friends and also quite famous.
