Dedicated to the Mulvihill's.

Martin Luther was a prominent religious figure in the 1500's. He helped shape the Catholic Church in many ways. He had a strong desire to always improve it.

Luther's story begins when he was trapped in a thunderstorm. After being nearly struck by lightning, he prays to St Anna in hope that St Anna would tell God to let him be safe.

If God would let him be safe, Luther promised he would become a Munk. After surviving the thunderstorm, Luther fulfilled his promise. He later went on to become a priest.

Luther then made a range of radical ideas in order for the Church to improve. One of these radical ideas was to nail to the door of a Church the 95 Theses, which was a list of abusive actions that Luther had come up with that the Church had conducted.
The Church didn't approve of Luther's actions and sent him to court. Luther would be happy to defend his case if the Church provided justified answers to his questions. Unhappy of the answers, Luther didn't resolve the case.
