Sometimes they are called Heart diseases but they are not the same.

Firstly what are Cardiovscular Diseases

Cardiovascular disease is the term for all types of diseases that affect the heart or blood vessels, while a heart disease is a disease that affects just the structure of the heart and its functions

Not all Cardiovascular diseases are heart diseases but all heart diseases are cardiovascular Diseases

What is the difference

Coronary Heart Disease is a disease that affects the supply of blood to the heart by contracting the blood vessels

Its not very nice

What is Coronary Heart Disease

I used to be a frequent Tobacco user but I did not know it was damaging the lining of my arteries

I was also consuming food with a lot of saturated oil from fast food restaurant , which increased the clogging of my heart

How did I get this Disease??

I began to feel tired very easily

I got a lot of pains in my chest

I could not go to the gym as frequently as before

Breathing became really hard for me

So I went to see my doctor

How did I know I had the disease?
