WHAT IS IT ?

LITERATURE GENRES:

1.POETRY:

• Written in lines and is a short instead of sentences or paragraphs
• poetry help express feelings

EPIC POETRY:

• Is a long narrative poems because the normal poetry is with short text
• An example is PARADISE LOST from John Milton

2.FICTION:

• Is any work written  that is not from the real life, can also use elaborate figurative language

3.DRAMA:

• Stories that can be fiction or not
• People can express feelings by the characters

4.NON-FICTION:

• Historical moments related exactly or with some big or small changes

• When you write about someone else's history and moments or when you write about your life

RENAISSANCE

The Renaissance was the period in Europe between the 14th and 17th centuries when there was a surge of production of art and literature.

MODERNISM

is a movement that  appreciate the beautiful things and images with more fiction like magic worlds and past things like kings princesses and castles.Normally was used with a formal language. 1888  

postmodernism: is a type of text that promotes the pluralism and diversity, does not approve historical texts and is more as a personal opinion or not uses science.  

DADAISM

the dadaism is a movement that was created in 1916 in the WW1 as a movement that breaks the usual methods of writing to protest against war. normally the texts of dadaism where no sensed or without logic, but it was clear the critics to humanity conflicts.

THE BEAT MOVEMENT

The beat movement in literature was a frenzy of publications that was given from 1955 d.C to 1969 d.C, which is to brief to be a movement.

Most of the artists of this movement were involved in a cultural revolution that extended beyond literature production. After it, the beat artists ended fighting for sexual liberation and in the production if drugs.

In summary, the whole idea of the beat movement was to show authentic human feelings and show art without censure making it more explicit.

THE BLACK ART MOVEMENT OR (BAM)

Was an African -American led art movement between 1960 and 1970 ,through art and activism.

Stands as the single most controversial moment of the history of African -American literature.

OULIPO  

           The name oulipo can be defined as the workshop of potential literature they use math in        order to create poetry.The ulipo created a method in which the poet play with rhythm and math but total freedom in the combination or combining verses

Gabriel García Márquez

was a writer that was borned in colombia in 1927. he has lots of prizes like nobel in 1982 ,chianciano aprecia in 1969,Romulo gallegos and neustadt in 1970.
