Hello, welcome to the Terrfic Triathlon. The three parts to the race are biking, discus throwing, and canoeing.

Our three participants are Paige, Laura, and Jack.

First up, biking.

The bikes' tires are rubbing against the gravel path, causing friction.

Paige finishes first and takes the lead.

In discus throwing, you have to use centripetal force when getting ready to throw the discus. Once you let go of the discus it continues in a straight line.

The discus moves in a circle until Jack lets go, then it continues in a straight line.
