There were two sisters named Charlie and Rose and they had a little brother named John. Charlie was 15 , Rose was 17 , and John was 7. They lived in Pennsylvania and were less fortunate which means they are poor. They did not have proper food and water. They had no family to support them or help them.

Rose did mostly all of the work around the house. She worked at a low paying job and barley got nothing out of it. At her job she was the only one that puts in effort the rest of them didn't do anything at all .

Charlie was very stressed out because she barley goes to school and she is always walking and walking. All of that walking caused her foot to hurt very bad . She just want's her life to change. Everyday she thinks about how her life would have been.

In their household water insecurity is a big issue. Water insecurity means that they don't have a way to drink clean water. Charlie has to walk miles just to get water that still isn't clean.

Rose saw a poster on a tree near by and it was a foundation for building wells for those in need. Hannah went to the nearest phone booth and called the number.

The company had told her that they will come by at 4 o'clock and it was 3:50 p.m. She jumped up and done so excitedly and could not wait to see what their future holds.
