Billy and his friends were in search of an Adventure, so they went to look in the woods. As Billy and his friends searched they couldn’t find an Adventure, but Billy did notice a strange rock on the ground that had a strange imprint on it. It was a Fossil!

Billy’s friends; Philly, Willy, and Bert, thought the fossil was super old and got buried a long time ago.

Billy thought that the Fossil was made by a giant flood because it said so in Genesis 6:19 “Bring a pair of every kind of animal—a male and a female—into the boat with you to keep them alive during the flood.”

Billy and his friends continued on their journey and stumbled upon a pond and saw some multi-colored fish jumping in the pond. As Billy and his friends stare at the beautiful creatures they realize that they’re different fish!

As they admire the fish Billy recognizes that the fish look extremely similar but aren’t the same. Billy states that it’s because in the Bible it says, “Then God said, “Let us make human beings in our image, to be like us. They will reign over the fish in the sea, the birds in the sky, the livestock, all the wild animals on the earth, and the small animals that scurry along the ground.” Genesis 1:26

But the other boys think it’s because they have COMMON ANCESTORS, and so they look similar because the fish before them looked just like that.

Not knowing who was right, Billy and his friends went to a scientists lab and asked him to tell them who was right. The scientist states that the fish share similar DNA. DNA is the stuff inside your body that lets your eyes have color and that makes you uniquely you.

Billy says that they have similar DNA because God created them like that, for it says in Genesis 1:27 “So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.”

Billy says that they have similar DNA because the fish had a COMMON CREATOR that made them with similar DNA.
