



Ingredients
For dough;
1 piece of egg 1 tea cup of liquid oil 2 tea cups of milk 1 teaspoon of baking powder
For flour custard;
1 kg. milk 2 Turkish coffee cups flour 4 eggs 2 cup powdered sugar 4 black ground black pepper
For sherbet,
2 cups of sugar 2 cups of water 1 teaspoon lemon juice
PREPARATION
Put the water and sugar together for the sherbet. Boil for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. Then let cool. Knead the dough for eggs, oil, milk, baking soda and flour in a non-sticky but soft dough. Divide and roll into 6 equal parts. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Beat the milk, flour, eggs and sugar in a saucepan for custard. Boil continuously by stirring.
Allow to cool after boiling for 10 minutes. Open the first 3 parts of the dough at a thickness of 1 eer and place it in the tray of the size of the dough that is pre-greased. 3 dough prepared on the custard you broadcast. Sprinkle some black pepper. On top of the custard you spread on the tray, open the remaining 3 doughs and stack on top of each other. Bake in a 180 degree hot oven until the dough turns red.
Remove from oven and leave for 15 minutes. Then slice it square. Pour the sherbet you have cooled on. You can serve Laz pastry cold or warm according to your desire.


Materials
The materials required for the Trabzon method are as follows:
Corn flour (2 tablespoons)
Water (2 glasses)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Uncooked cheese or stranded cheese, green cheese, cheddar cheese (2 cups)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
PREPARATION
This delicious local dish is made by melting 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan.
Add 2 tablespoons corn flour when the butter melts and turns color.
When the color of corn flour changes and begin to smell, slowly add 2 cups of water.
Do not forget to mix the flour to not clump.
Meanwhile you can also add salt.In our recipe, you can set the amount of 1 teaspoon according to your taste or the salinity of the cheese you will put.
Finally, add a mixture of unbelievable cheese or stranded cheese, cheesecake and cheddar cheese or 2 cups of cheese.
If you want, you can also use only stringed or chipped cheese.
When the cheese melts and the oil reaches the surface, you can close the gold and serve it warmly.
If you use Trabzon butter and if you can serve with Trabzon bread, you can catch a more delicious taste.
