Benjamin Franklin was an influential writer,
inventor, scientist, musician, author, and
delegate, throughout his early childhood years
to his late adult ones.

Benjamin Franklin was born on January 17th,
1706, on Milk Street in Boston, Massachusetts
("Benjamin Franklin").

He was so interested because he had never
finished school, thus bringing an unusual
learning attitude towards reading and writing
("Benjamin Franklin").

He dropped out of school at age 10 to work in his father's
candle-making business. "Having read widely, at a young age, Franklin became
interested in the ideas of the Enlightenment" ("Franklin, Benjamin").

He wanted to prove to his father that he wasn't
a complete idiot for not completing school
("Benjamin Franklin").

Dogood

He made it because after the war, the colonists were in
a depression, and he wanted to help them ("Benjamin
Franklin").
He founded the Night Watch because he was
disgusted by crime, and he didn't want the
colonists to suffer any further ("Benjamin
Franklin").

He was always interested in politics, and he had been
in many public offices before "Franklin brought his clear-headed,
rational thinking to all endeavors." ("Franklin, Benjamin").

He didn't want buildings to get brutally damaged by
lightning storms. "He made countless contributions to the public
thinking of his day, to everyday life through his inventions" ("Franklin,
Benjamin").
He was tired of using two sets of glasses for
reading and seeing far away....(lazy, much?)
("Franklin, Benjamin").

He was tired of drafty houses, and his stove was
used to conserve firewood ("Franklin, Benjamin").

He sailed to France at the beginning of the
American Revolution to gain help from France
("Franklin, Benjamin").
