Tenley is very nervous as she gets into the car with her mother. Today is the first time she will go to the dentist.

As Tenley arrives to the dentist she starts to ask her mother questions. "Mommy, what will happen when we go in to see the dentist?" "They will just count and clean your teeth." Her mother said. "You have nothing to worry about, I will be there to hold your hand. You are not the only one who is nervous, all these other friends are probably just as nervous."

"Hi, my name is Tenley. I am really nervous about going into the dentist." Tenley said to a girl in a yellow dress. "My name is Eleanor, and I have been to the dentist before. I am no longer nervous, they have toys and movies. They count your teeth give you a prize and then you're done!" Said Eleanor.

A lady from the back came through the door. "Tenley?" she said. Tenley held on to her mother's leg and her mother said, "here we are." Tenley walked into the office. "This is scary." Said Tenley.
